a name with more than 10 years of experience in the field, has been
re-engineered and launched under the Southwest Windpower family of wind
turbines. The Whisper has an all-new look featuring a cast aluminium frame
and smooth, quiet operation of the patented "angle-governor"
furling design. |

Whisper H40 - The H40, with its 7 ft (2.1m) rotor diameter
and 40 sq. ft. swept area, is designed for the user located in a site with medium
to high wind speed averages (12 mph, 5.4 m/s and greater).

The
redesigned H40 turbine incorporates a upgraded neodymium permanent magnet
alternator, which combined with Whisper's high efficiency composite airfoil
blade design, delivers 1500 watts, and 50% more power than the original H40. The
all new EZ wire controller offers greater reliability and superior control
for battery charging, with easy settable voltage regulation points, isolation
of load dump from the battery, all in a compact, safe cabinet design. The EZ
wire controller and load dump resistor are included in the new, lower priced
system. The new EZ wire will no longer feature a solar input. |
